General Terms and Conditions

General terms and conditions and house rules of Hotel Beekhuizen Exploitatie Ltd belonging in addition to the Uniform Conditions for Hotel and Catering Industry (UCHCI) which apply to Hotel Beekhuizen Exploitatie Ltd.
 
The UCHCI are the terms and conditions on which hospitality establishments, such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, and related businesses (such as catering companies and party service companies) can provide their services and enter into catering agreements in The Netherlands. By signing the agreement of Hotel Beekhuizen Exploitatie Ltd the client declares to have received a copy of the UCHCI and the added conditions of Hotel Beekhuizen Exploitatie Ltd (hereafter referred to as ‘the hotel’) and have agreed upon. 

ANNULERINGSVOORWAARDEN CANCELLATION POLICY

The UCHCI rules apply to all reservations. One exception is that for individual reservations it is possible to cancel one week upon arrival. A voucher is currently issued for the full amount that has been paid (except for non-refundable reservations). The full amount of the reservation is charged in case of a no-show.

Deviant cancellation policies are applicable for group reservations, these are stated in the reservation confirmation.
The hotel can be directly contacted if you would like to request for a cancellation. A cancellation can only be asked for through email and is only valid with a confirmation email of the hotel.

The stated prices are with reservation of mistakes and of clearly deviated prices. In such cases, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation.


ADDITIONAL TERMS AND HOUSE RULES

Instructions of the employees of the hotel should be followed at all times.

The entire hotel, consisting of the rooms, facilities and hotel site is smoke-free. In case we ascertain that there has been smoked, we are obliged to charge. in case the fire alarm goes off due to smoking in the room, we will charge the call-out costs of the fire brigade

It is not allowed at the hotel site to barbecue on wood or electrically, or light open fires.

The hotel is pet-free apart from pet-friendly rooms for an additional fee. Pets must be registered in advance because of limited availability. Permission from the hotel must be given in writing.
               
It is not allowed to stay in a room with unregistered persons. Visitors are only allowed with prior endorsement from the hotel management.
                
It must be quiet in and around the hotel between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This is because of respect to other guests and the presence of wildlife.

It is not allowed to enter the woods after sunset and before sunrise without official permission. When entering the surrounding forests, you should only stay on the roads and paths and do not damage any trees or plants.
 
There is camera surveillance in and around the hotel to ensure safety. Every individual who is in the hotel agrees that recordings are made. In the event of calamities and/or incidents, these recordings could be shown to the authorities as supporting material.

The hotel has the right to take photos and videos in and around the hotel for marketing purposes (including publication and/or display on the internet). Everyone who is in the hotel agrees to make recordings and publication, even if he/she is (partially) recognizable on it.
 
A valid identification is requested upon check-in at the hotel. The check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and the check-out time is until 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Parking and the use of the bicycle shed are free to use and at your own risk. Charges may be made for electric charging. Charging (the accumulators) of electric bicycles is only permitted in the bicycle shed.
 
The management of the hotel decides in case the general condition and/or house rules are not foreseen.
