Cycling in the area
Cyclist can leave in every direction, starting from Boutique Hotel Beekhuizen. The cycling nodes 67, 69, 71, 77, among others, are all nearby. Route maps are available in the Bakhuis, but you can also create your own route.

Renting and charging bikes
We offer the possibilities to charge your e-bike free of charge at our locked bicycle storage. Did you not bring your own bike? Hikers are lucky, there are many hiking routes that start at Boutique Hotel Beekhuizen.

Hiking route Herikhuizen Veluwezoom
During this hike, you will discover the rich history of two estates: Heuven and Beekhuizen. The hike will take you over the heath hills, through the lush forest, along beautiful water features and the shoreline of the Beekhuizen creek. Along the way you will have some viewpoints to enjoy the amazing views, as well as very unexpected vistas. And who knows, maybe you will even look a deer, or some of the other wildlife, in their brown eyes. This route can be easily followed without help of a map; just follow the yellow arrows that start at the hotel.
